Resellers, and certainly Primary Resellers are
encouraged to translate and localize the AADS Terminal Server product range.

In general one can state the Translation / Localization of the AADS Terminal Server product range is quite easy to do, and can be done in less then 1 day.
The finished Translation can be sent / emailed to us, and we will include it in the whole AADS Terminal Server Product Range. It will be available for all customers around the world.
It is also possible for a Reseller to keep to translation to itself, add it to the AADS Terminal Server product range without our assistance, and supply the translation solely to its own customers. The details on HowTo Translate the AADS Terminal Server product range do explain this.
The following requirements do apply for AADS Terminal Server Resellers:
Demo versions of the AADS Terminal Server product range
are supported by us, regardless of who needs our support.
Paid versions of the AADS Terminal Server product range are supported by us, in case we know the customer from our administration.
We will always assist Resellers with support of issues, either because the Reseller needs support or a customer from the Reseller needs support.
If a customer of a Reseller seeks directly our support
for the Paid version of a AADS Terminal Server product, we will support this
customer if we know the customer. The Reseller can optional inform us about the
customer using the Shipment customer
If a customer of a Reseller seeks our support for the Paid version of a AADS Terminal Server product, but we do not know this customer, because the Reseller has not used the Shipment customer procedure, we will not support this customer, but inform the customer that he should contact its AADS Terminal Server Reseller.
The Reseller can decide to use, or not to use the Shipment customer procedure for informing us about its customers.
If a Reseller chooses not to inform us about its customers, which is OK, the Reseller is expected to support all its customers. While doing so, at any moment the Reseller can seek our assistance for support of this customer.
