Refund Policy

Before you consider to buy our products you should download and try our AADS Terminal Server Demo. You can run it for 60 days so you do have every opportunity to test it, to discover its functionality and to decide whether or not it fit your needs. We will help you with your test-, discover- and decision- activities by offering an extensive manual, FAQs and support by email.

If the Demo version of our software does not satisfy your needs then neither will the Full version of the program. In this case, do not buy the Full version.

Before requesting a refund, please contact our support and proceed as follows:

The objective of this procedure is to give us a fair chance in analyzing the problems and to offer you a solution. It will also be used for improving our products.

In case the procedure as mention here does indicate a problem in our products, we will consider a full or partial refund. However, AADS WorldWide LTD does reserve the right not to refund but to offer you a solution, for example by delivering a bug-fix.

Refunds request without us having received the ZIP Support Files, without us having a fair chance to analyze the problem, and without us having a fair chance to provide you with a solution, will not be handled.

Refund requests related to "issues" in our products which do also apply to our Demo, will not be handled. The objective of our Demo is to give the customer enough opportunity to discover its functionality and to decide whether or not it fit your needs. Therefore: use our Demo before buying the Full version of our product. This is why we made the Demo.

Refunds will only be made to the credit card or account through which the original purchase was made. An administration fee may apply to cover refund costs and third-party commissions.
