Application Control

The purpose of AADS Application Control is to limit the desktop of the users such that they can create "less problems". The users should only have a limited desktop with only those few applications they need for their work.

When Optimize has been used, the initial screen is as follows:

The objective of "Optimize" is to improve the response and performance of the Terminal Server and give a similar user-experience as default Windows. Because of this objective, "Optimize" does not apply Restrict Application Control, but does apply  Relaxed Application Control.
